What is Cardio Kick Boxing? Cardio Kick Boxing, a unique and challenging fitness program, is a martial arts/aerobics hybrid that was originally done by Kick Boxer working to condition and cordinate their skills. Cardio Kick boxing combines Karate, boxing and dance disciplines and puts them together in a challenging program set to up beat music. A typical one-hour class consists of a series of jabs, punches, kicks, knees and steps, combined in a series of ten-count combinations. We vary the patterns with a goal to give evryone a quarlity workout.

The name, Cardio Kick Boxing, is a combination of other words. "Cardio" means cardiovascular exercise "Fitness" and it relates to the whole body and includes kicks and lower body part of the workout. The goal is to raise the heart and work all the muscles of the body. "Kick Boxing" comes from boxing and the upper body punches that are an integral part of the workout. Set to the upbeat music, Cardio Kick Boxing can be a very satisfying workout because it engages the entire body.

Who can participate? Cardio Kick Boxing is for anyone who wants a complete workout. But more than just exercise calorie and fat-burning exercise Cardio Kick Boxing offers a workout for the entire body. As with any new exercise program, you should always consult your health care provider first before embarking on it. Cardio Kick Boxing can be done at your own rate.
